near Mr. Scott:
In response to y our request, an inspection was conducted of the proposed
public improvements in said subdivision for the purpose of determining readiness
for City Council final acceptance action to permit release of the bond.
,. The following listing, as a result of said inspection, summarizes items M,' •
which remain to be completed and/or corrected prior to such action:
1. Completion of installation of all sidewalks and driveway

2. Repair of manhole number two, to terminate ground water infiltration..
3. Completion of cul-de-sac sac 'island' installation or provision of

proof of authorization to' delete' such item.
Therefore, after your action to resolve the aformentioned, , and after our
confirmation (inspection) thereof, we will be able to submit certification of
project readiness for final acceptance to the Council. Such certification will
initiate formal Council action to accept the work and will, subsequently,
permit release of the project, bend.

A recent site inspection has shown that 't the cul-de-sac island seer .
fled on the approved plan has not been constructed. .

18 ,58.080 of the Tigard Municipal Code 1 states: If the installation ,
of landscaping is not completed within the six month period, the
security may be used by the e City to complete the installation. "
Please contact me about the status of the cul-de-sac island and
whether arrangemen.taw.aave�been made for installation. If they have
not, it will be necessary for the City to initiate legal proceedings
relative to this matter.
