There appears to be specific concern regarding landscaping and screening adjacent to the Fanno Creek Trail pathway. Please note that property owners are responsible for the obligation to maintain all landscaping and screening in good condition so as to present a healthy neat and orderly appearance which shall be replaced or repaired as necessary according the city code. The Burnham Storage facility was approved,subject to conditions of approval on March 21, 1974 by the City of Tigard Site Development Plan and Design Review Board (SDR 4-74 Randall Construction Company). I have attached a copy of the Board's minutes that outline the conditions of approval related to landscaping requirements. Please note discussion items 2,3, 5 and 7 that are included as conditions of approval item 10. We hope that as a long-standing good corporate resident business in the City of Tigard you will see fit to make the proper improvements voluntarily. That is the reason for this letter. We prefer not to have to proceed by issuing a citation for violation of the Tigard Development Code. With that in mind,we offer the services of Assistant Planner Hap Watkins,and City Arborist/Planner Todd Prager to assist you in coming into compliance. It is suggested that a landscape plan be prepared with a schedule for implementation in conjunction with the consultation with Mr.Watkins and Mr. Prager.
