SCOPE OF WORK PROPOSED:
Dining Room:
New decor package
o Wall and ceiling paint, wainscoting and wood stain where appropriate+
o New artwork
o Replace laminate tabletops and vinyl booth back upholstery •
o Replace laminate and trim on cabinets
Electrical •
o Replace (like- for -like) 9 existing pendant light fixtures currently equipped with
incandescent bulbs with new fixtures that use energy efficient compact fluorescent
bulbs.
Restroom •
o New wall tile
o Replace (like- for -like) plumbing fixtures and accessories
Note: There are not changes to HVAC. All existing to remain as indicated on the reflected
ceiling plan.
ACCESSIBILITY
Restaurant is currently fully accessible, including the path of travel to the front entrance and area
of work, as well as the restrooms, telephones (n/a), and drinking fountains (n/a) serving the area
of work proposed. Area where work is proposed will also be fully accessible and compliant with
ADA.
