I would like withdraw the permit application for Walnut Creek, Lot #16
(Permit # MST2008- 00038). The market conditions and buyer acceptance of the
plan in question are not favorable to the plan submitted. Legend Homes will
submit another plan for that lot and will build when the Permit is approved.
