We appreciate the opportunity to submit the following proposal for your consideration.
General Specifications
1. Upon request, provide our standard certificates of insurance prior to job commencement.
2. Comply with all OR -OSHA required safety standards and procedures throughout the project.
3. Establish a fall protection plan for this project. In addition to establishing a safe work site, we will
maintain protection of your building and grounds, provide MSDS information, and review any
special site conditions, which may need to be coordinated.
4. Maintain a clean, watertight and orderly job site and upon completion remove all construction
related debris.
5. Provide safety areas flagged with caution tape when staging or working on the ground.
6. The Jobsite Foreman will remain onsite while work is under way throughout the entire project.
7. Work with the owner selected mechanical and electrical contractor to complete work in a timely
and professional manor to insure watertight integrity, if so required.
8. Provide a 5 -year workmanship warranty from Columbia Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. and the
manufacturer's 10 -year materials warranty. Please see additional warranty options below.

Roofing and Sheet Metal Specifications
1. Sweep clean the existing metal roof clean of debris and remove any abandon items identified
during the Pre - Activity meeting.
2. Furnish and install 24 new galvanized corrugated sheet metal panels over the existing fiberglass
skylights in order to support the new roofing and insulation system.
3. Furnish and install new 2 x 4 wood nailers around the perimeters of the roof and mechanically
attached to the wood framing. This is required for proper securement of the new sheet metal
flashings as well as being required by the roof manufacturer.
4. Furnish and install new crickets at the two dormer ends along the adjacent building "D" to divert
water to the gutters and off the roof.
5. Furnish and install 1.5" Polyisocyanurate insulation over the existing metal roofing panels achieving
an UL Class "C" fire rating. This has been verbal approved by the City of Tigard. Final approval will
be when permit has been issued by the City.
6. All boards will be mechanically attached to the structure framing with corrosion resistant threaded
fasteners and 3" insulation plates at a rate of six fasteners per 4' x 8' board.
7. Furnish and install new Carlisle 60 mil white TPO heat welded mechanically attached single ply
membrane system over the new insulation package achieving a UL Class "A" Fire Rating. One half
sheet will be required for wind uplift on this project.
8. Furnish and install new 1/2" CDX plywood along all side and roof wall to wall sheet metal siding
transitions. This will produce a smooth surface for the new membrane base flashings to be installed
upon and provide anchorage for the new sheet metal counter flashings. This occurs at the
transitions between Buildings "B" and "C" and at the backside of the building at the shed roof
area.
9. Furnish and install new TPO base flashings on all walls and sealing with compression type sealant
prior to the install of the new sheet metal counter flashings.
10. Furnish and install new TPO pipe boot flashings on all pipes, stacks and exhaust vents.
11. Fabricate and install new 24 ga. TPO Clad sheet metal drip edge flashings at all gutters and rakes
edges to complete a long -term watertight seal.
12. Fabricate and install one new 24 ga. TPO Clad sheet metal scupper completing the watertight
seal. The occurs at the internal gutter between buildings "B" and "C" which will transition water
into the existing leader head and downspout assembly.
13. Fabricate and install new 24 ga. TPO Clad sheet metal drop drain replacing the existing.
14. Fabricate and install new 26 ga. pre- painted sheet metal wall counter flashing at wall base
flashing transitions.
15. Furnish and install one TPO 30" x 30" walk pad to act as a landing for extension ladder placement.
16. Upon completion walk the project A •wner s repr- .tive for final approval.

Option A: Re -skin Wall above Rear Shed •
The rear sheet metal wall siding appears to be in poor condition and therefore we have included an
option for a re -skin. We will furnish and install 1 x 4 wood nailers over the existing metal siding creating

metal corn -rcia 3' wide exposed fastener siding and roofing panel for the total additional price of:
