As we discussed in the meeting, I will grant a 180 day extension with the understanding that the building plans do not change significantly. When the revised plans are submitted, we will evaluate to determine the course of action. If it is determined that the changes are significant enough to require a new plan review (as opposed to hourly), we will close the existing permit and require a new application. If this is necessary, we will look at what services we have already provided and will discount the plan review fees for the new permit to reflect work that does not need to be repeated. Again, Thanks for coming in, Mark VanDomelen Building Official City of Tigard (503)718 -2448 markv @tigard- or.gov From: Jim Wilson [ mailto :jim @gracepointfamily.com] Sent: Tuesday, September 22, 2009 1:40 PM To: Mark VanDomelen Subject: Todays meeting Mark, 1 Thanks for the time that you took today to meet with me. I know you are a busy guy and so I do appreciate the time given. As I mentioned at our meeting my purpose for meeting was to address the time line issue on our project and wanted to make sure that you folks were aware of the Value Engineering process we are working through with our General Contractor. That process is producing good results and I think once we finish it up we will have the cost of constructing our proposed building where we need it to be. As we discussed it is going to take some additional time so please accept this communication as a request for an additional 180 days to complete the process It is our hope and intention to try and resubmit the package to you within the next 180 days Again I appreciate you working with us on the time line aspect of the project. If you could send me a reply for my records it would be greatly appreciated Best Regards Jim Jim Wilson Project Manager Expanding Our Territories Grace Point Community Church 503 -639 -3913 C- "k CAP 2
