Ventilation Requirements- based on 2010 OMSC table 403.3 RTU1- single zone kitchen Provides MUA for existing exhaust fan, provide 50% OSA during occupied. SA = 4000 cfm RA = 2000 cfm OSA = 2000 cfm GAS Per OMSC Tabel C402.4(3) 2Psi inlet pressure @ 1.0 Psi pressure drop Existing, no change to input. Mechanical General Notes: 1. All roof steel ducting will be 24 ga minimum galvanized, 2" insulation (R8). 2. Heating and cooling ducting to be designed to not exceed 0.5 wc positive (supply) and 0.5 wc negative (return). 3. Provide programmable thermostat. 5 degree deadband minimum. 7 day. Microprocessor. Set program for night energy savings. 4. Seal ducting with UL listed mastic or mastic tape. 5. Max leakage rate of OSA or exhaust dampers to be 4 cfm /sft @ 1.0 sp. 6. Support duct every 8' max or within 2' of direction change. 7. Provide 0 and M to building owner.
