RE: Bleach treatment on Building 13, Quail Hollow South
*Dear Mr. Bolen,
Per your request to Torn Kelly, Site Superintendent, the following sequence outlines the
bleach treatment used on Building 13, Quail Hollow South satisfying your requirement:
1. All exposed mold on party walls was sprayed down with 15% germicidal bleach
solution.
2. Sprayed areas were then brushed down and mold particles removed.
3. Affected areas were again sprayed with 15% germicidal bleach solution.
Pictures were taken at each phase and can be provided upon request.
Upon approval please contact Torn Kelly, Site Superintendent as soon as possible so he
can resume inspection schedule. A hardcopy of this letter is being sent immediately.
