Hello Hap,
It has been almost 6 months since my last inspection and I am not ready for my Final. I have been very busy
though. Insulation and sheetrock are done, most of the electrical is done, the utility sink is in.
What is left is to finish electrical and then figure out what exactly I need to do for some guard rails and then
cover some wires running through the patio /breezeway which I want to cover with cedar but not at all ready for
that. And a deck still needs to be rebuilt off the family room to connect up to the patio. I ordered materials to
coat the floor with an epoxy paint and then we have a vacation coming up.
I don't see finishing for another 3 -4 months.
May I have an extension? Or do you want to come out and see the progress first?
