Field Test Results

Dear Ariel,
We have completed our review of the two field test reports which indicated several
items did not meet the requirements of the construction documents. The first
concerned the embedment depth (7" as -built versus 9" design) of one of the four
column anchor bolts at two locations. The second concerned the twenty -eight day
concrete strength for the continuous footing below the trellis. The construction
documents indicated 3,000 psi concrete was required, however, a value of 2,700 psi
was obtained at this location. These as -built conditions are structurally acceptable.
