A RESOLUTION WAIVING $108 IN TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT FEES FOR TIGARD LITTLE
LEAGUE.
WHEREAS, Tigard Municipal Code 3.32.070 authorizes City Council to waive fees for non-profits when the
request is made in writing and Council determines that the community benefit outweighs the financial burden
to the city;and
WHEREAS, Tigard Little League has requested in writing the waiver of fees for two temporary sign permits ;
and
WHEREAS,The Master Fees and Charges states that the fee for temporary sign permits is$54 per sign;and
WHEREAS,Council determines that the community benefit outweighs the$108 financial burden to the city.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Tigard Little League receives a waiver of$108 in temporary sign permit fees.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
