Dear Gary,
I am directing this request to you to request an Administrative Review for the
reinstatement of permit #BUP 2001 - 00046, which is for a TI at Washington Square for a
"The Limited Store ".
I was recently contacted by the contractor's representative informing me that they will be
in within two weeks to pick up the permit. Their delay was caused by the previous tenant
in their spot, that apparently was not able to vacate the space until after the first of the
year. The delay was not of their making.
I realize the limit for retention is 180 days but would request your consideration for
reinstatement to allow them to proceed with their efforts in a timely manner.
Thank you for your consideration, and I await your decision and reply.
