approved subject to the following conditions:

�' Approved plans: One set of approved plans, bearing the City of Tigard approval stamp, shall be maintained on
1 the jobsite. The plans shall be available to the Building Division electrical inspector throughout all phases of the
. construction.
Revisions: Revisions to the approved plans shall be approved by the plan review staff of the
,{ City of Tigard prior to the inspection covering the changes. Please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard,
Letter of Transmittal. This will assist the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents
Premises identification: Approved numbers or addresses shall be provided for all new buildings in such a
position as to be plainly visible from the street or road fronting the property.
