This letter is to notify that B &C Northwest Electric, Inc dba Horizon Electric is breach of their contract
and will no longer be working on this project. Willamette Electric is being hired to complete the
project from this point.
Horizon Electric was compensated by First Cascade Corporation for any fees related to the
referenced permit number above. Their first draw for the project included these fees.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help assist in getting the project permit under
Willamette Electric. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
