Please find below the listed outstanding items and associated response: 1. Building section on sheet A6.2 references floor ceiling B2 on sheet A2.3. This assembly shows 5/8" gypsum board on the bottom of the manufactured floor joists. Section R309.2 requires this gypsum board to be Type X with habitable space above. Please revise to meet minimum code requirement. RESPONSE: Floor /Ceiling Detail B2 on Sheet A2.3 has been revised to reflect Type "X" gypsum board at garage ceiling. See attached revised sheets A2.3 and A6.2. 2. Please verify that the point load of approximately 9 kips from the 26' beam clear spanning the garage shown on sheetS3.0 is adequately supported by the existing continuous footing on the left side of the garage.
