From: Todd Prager Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 12:49 PM To: Albert Shields Subject: RE: MST2012 -00020 Couple of typos corrected to my previous email. From: Todd Prager Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 12:45 PM To: Albert Shields Subject: MST2012 -00020 Albert, I am reviewing the site plan for lot 11 of the Solera II Subdivision, and need the following revisions prior to my approval: 1. An arborist report verifying the tree protection fencing is in place and the preserved trees have been and will continue to be protected through final inspection. Biweekly reporting will be required until final inspection. 2. Street tree species and size need to be labeled consistent with their approved plans (in this case the trees are 2" caliper Raywood Ash). 3. Tree deed restrictions are required for all preserved trees over 6" DBH. Contact Gary Pagenstecher for details on tree deed restrictions. Thanks, Todd Prager, AICP, Cert. First, the 3 ft living space bump -outs on the north side of MST2012 -00019 and the south side of MST2012 -00020 are not approved. The 3 ft gas insert bump -outs on the opposite sides of the houses are OK. Please submit revised plans. Second, please see Todd's note below about street tree and tree deed restriction requirements. Please submit a revised site plan with the street tree correction. Please call if you have any questions. Albert Shields.
