On 8/16/03 you were notified to do a final inspection at the residents of Jack Norman,
11930 SW Walnut, Tigard Or 97223, Permit 2003 - 00216. This inspection was not
approved due to two problems.
1. Redo nailing pattern on high wall
2. The nailing schedule used on the roofing decking.
Our roof decking to truss nailing schedule is per 1997 UBC a table 23 -11 -1 and 23 -11 -b-
2. Border: 8d common @ 6" OC, Edge: 8d common @ 6" OC, Field: 8d common @
12" OC.
An inspection was not performed on this shed. The nailing schedule on above permit
shed as normal practice is: Border — 4" to 6 ", Edge — 4" to 6" , Field 6" to 8 ". This
schedule is taught to all our build teams and we use this nailing schedule on all sizes of
Tuff Sheds
And garages.
