Carlson Geotechnical assumed the role of geotechnical engineer -of- record on August 23, 2002. Our site visits were completed on an on -call, part-time basis between the dates of August 23, 2002 and October 4, 2002. • Site Stripping and grading: On August 23, 26, 27 and September 5, 2002, CGT observed site stripping and grading (excavation) for the proposed project. Based on our field observations, the site was stripped and graded in general accordance with our recommendations. • Wall backfill and drainage: Based on our field observations of September 19 and 20, 2002 and our density testing of October 1 and October 4, 2002, the wall backfill and drainage has been installed and prepared in general accordance with our recommendations. Based on our observations, as documented in our field reports, and to the best or our knowledge, within our scope of work, the above geotechnical summaries accurately reflect our observations. Our services were provided on an on -call basis, in which we relied on the contractor to contact our office for the scheduling of our services.
