The MST permit should be reissued with the new address. Also, I can't figure out how Geo created this
with the wrong address, since the address is correct for the parcel.
One of two things may have happened. 1) The address may have existed at permit creation, then Kit
made some changes to the parcel records. Or, 2) Geo may have "group added" to ZCA1999- 00001,
which appears to also have the wrong address. You might alert planning staff about the ZCA case to
verify if it is correct with an address of 10940 SW Walnut. If so, then you should reassign the MST to its
own project number.

case .l 10940 SW Wall .t instead of the correc 10541. +iana was good enough to fix that so Tidemark is
now co rect. 'e don't know where the error crep in, ough -- possibly with an illegible application -- so
you may want to check the paper files to make sure that the right things get filed in the right places.
