To Whom It May Concern;
We have reviewed the previous calculations for the existing free standing sign at the above
noted location. The calculations were done under the 1988 U.B.C. & incorporates a
"future sign" in its analysis. After reviewing the design calculations, to the best of our
knowledge, the existing sign support is adequate for the proposed new message center
sign using the 1997 U.B.C.
