(B) As reported in our Observation Report dated 3/5/98
"Foundation work completed in general compliance with the plans and •
specifications."
We noted additionally this date and recommend that at least two (2) foundation
vents be placed in the (called) south foundation wall to better vent the furred up
ground floor north of this wall. Vents should be placed within 3 feet of the southeast
and southwest corners.
(D) We also recommend that an additional crawl space access be provided in the
second floor stair area in the central portion of the home.
Access to the plumbing pipes at the south end of the home should also be provided
in the furred floor area.
First floor primary framing has been completed in a positive workmanlike manner
in accordance with plans and specifications.
