Kristine, I won't know until tomorrow morning whether you can pick up permits tomorrow. Now that we (Planning and
Engineering) have signed off on the application our Senior Plans Examiner needs to do the same and set in various
permit costs .... and he is not in today. Hopefully, he will be in tomorrow and hopefully we can complete the paperwork
in time to issue it. Why don't you give me a call in the morning, say 10:00 or so. I should have an answer for you by
then.

#2: a signed statement by the project arborist confirming that the tree protection measures have been installed per the
plan.

Attached is the Tree protection proposal. I believe that this is the last thing that is needed in order to approve out
permits. Kay is going to be installing the fencing for the trees on Monday, I believe, would it be possible for you guys to issues
permits on the same day so we can get going on this?

I am reviewing the plot plan for parcel 2 of the Lawrence Partition, and need the following revisions prior to my •
approval:
1. Need to preserve trees and show location of tree protection to scale consistent with approved tree plan for the
partition.
2. Need a signature of approval from the project arborist that the tree protection is in place per plan.
3. Twice monthly project arborist reports are required until final inspection.
