According to David Scott, City of Tigard Building Official, we will be requiring that all MLP
(Minor Land Partitions) cases to submit a SITE permit. This is in keeping with the
process currently used in subdivisions (SUB) and all commercial cases (SDR). The
SITE permit is for all work in the PRIVATE area for: grading, retaining walls, utilities, etc.
I have attached a Commercial Building application for your use, as at this time, we do
not have a separate SITE permit application available. Please complete the application
in full and fax it back to me at 684 -7297. I have the plans you provided at my desk. I
will route them to the Plans Examiner, Mike Sheehan, who is the city plumbing inspector
for his signature, as he has already reviewed the plans.
