The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition
and the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The
submitted plans have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to
issuance of the permit.
1) Foundation at rear of garage was made for a single story and might be only 12 in. wide
whereas your footing with the addition would have to be 15 in. wide.
2) Truss plans are not showing the girder truss to carry the existing truss load.
3) Not showing the direction of the existing floor joist as to where they bear.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
