The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2007 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005 edition and the
Oregon Fire Code 2007 edition. The submitted plans have been reviewed and the following
information is required prior to issuance of the permit.
1. Please provide a beam calculation for the new header spanning across the 10' -6" opening
in the existing structure.
2. Please verify that the existing foundation is adequate to support the gravity loads from
the header in item #1.
3. The Electrical application is incomplete for the scope of work to be done. Please
indicate the number of branch circuits to be added or altered under this permit.
NOTE: This plan review is for the structure only. As of the time of this review, the planning
and engineering departments have not approved the site plan as submitted. All other issues must
be resolved prior to building permit issuance.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the Cite of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
