Dear Mr. Harvey,
The submitted plan for the above referenced project has been reviewed for
comformance with the applicable code.
Please address the following and make modifications to the plans. .
1. Footing needs to be engineered by your Geotech. • V , -
2. Provide lateral bracing calculations for pony wall studs over 14 inches high. All
lateral bracing needs to be showing on plans.
3. If the finished floor level space directly above a usable or unusable under floor
space is more than 12 feet above grade at any point such space shall be
considered as a story.
4. Need leg bracing for deck leg post.
