Subject: Special electrical permit
Jeff Halstead, address 11690 SW Summercrest, is ready to final a 1993 MST for a new house (our
permit), BUT the electrical was Wa Co and they have expired it. They will not re- instate either. I would
like to issue an electrical permit for final inspection only (reference WaCo permit #5- 465 -87 which had
rough cover approval) and charge a two hour fee of $50 per hour. The owner is OK with this, also. He

will be in soon, so just wanted to let you know our arrangement. By the way, he is to have the WaCo
rough inspection approval document with him for us to verify and double check the permit number, which
