The following is a scope of work for replacing failing siding and trim at the above listed apartment
community:
• Remove failing T -111 siding.
• Furnish and install new vapor barrier and flashing, as necessary, on exposed wall
sections.
• Install new pre - primed T -111 siding to match the existing as close as possible.
• Install trim to replace any that was removed to make siding repairs.
Following is a list of materials that will be used to replace existing at Englewood Terrace Apts.:
Siding: T - 111 siding to match the existing.
Vapor Barrier: Fortifiber's 60 Minute Jumbo Tex, Grace Ice /Water Shield
Trim: Factory primed white wood.
