To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to inform that the switching of the 4x12 beam located over the kitchen island
is acceptable. A minimum of a 5-1/8 x 7 glulam is required. This calculation also
represents beam M10, which is a smaller size beam, and the small portion by the coat
closet. In addition the need for straps going from one beam to another are not needed.
