lateral capacity of the storage frames as per the requirements of the 1997 Uniform Building Code for
seismic zone 3. ,

1 ' . Our analysis was based on the criteria that the maximum load per shelf is 500 pounds. We have concluded
. . ''that the proposed shelving system is structurally adequate to meet the code requirements provided the

required.
