Dear Mark:
Thanks for taking the time to speak with me over the phone about my little retaining
wall and fence project. I sincerely appreciate your patience with my amateurish -
questions and your suggestions about how to accomplish my design goals. I spoke with
Mr. Watkins this morning and he was likewise generous with his time and expertise.
After describing our conversation regarding the use of the 1 -1/2" steel tube solution, he
agreed that this would meet his sensibilities about the wall as well. I have modified the
cross sectional drawing to show the steel tube and • - = i cop for your
approval.
