Add (4) Ion smoke detectors in the common areas of the suite. In addition to the smokes, we are adding strobe/horn notification appliances and strobe only notification appliances in the same areas to comply with current ADA codes. This comprises of (3) 1575 candela strobe / horn appliance in the common areas, and (4) 15 candela strobe appliances in the exam rooms. When any of the smokes are activated, all horn strobes and strobe only units will activate, along with all the other areas in the building. These horn strobes and strobe only units will remain active until silenced by someone at the fire panel. This tenant space (Dr. Adler's) will be added to the existing fire alarm panel by adding the smoke detectors to a unused zone in that panel. The strobes and horns will be tied to the existing fire alarm panel at one of the unused NAC circuits available on the Silent Knight 5395 power expander. The battery back up is provided by (2) 12 volt 7.0 amp hour batteries. (See Battery Cale.). FIRE SYSTEM ACCESSORY • Firepower 5395 a Distributed .
