I hereby certify on this day 12/20/02 that all welding on this project was done in
our Salem Facility by certified welders. All welders in our facility are certified to
A.W.S. D1.1 Structural Welding Code (2002 edition). All welds were 100%
visually inspected under the direction of Certified Welding Inspectors.
