The owner will contract with Carlson Testing Services, telephone 684 -0954, to provide
building materials testing as required by code and contract documents, including but not limited
to•the following:
1) Concrete — Forms, reinforcing installation inspection, strength, and slump.
2) Roofing.
3) Steel welding. •
4) High strength bolts.
Geo Engineers , geotechnical/soils engineers, telephone will provide soils and fill inspections
and testing including the following: .
1) Footing subgrade and structural fill.
2) Trench backfill.
3) Interior and exterior concrete slab subgrades.
4) Asphaltic paving.
