The Contractor shall issue immediately to the Owner, Owner's Representative and Architect an itemized proposal
prior to ordering and/or installing the Work described in this Field Order. This itemized proposal will identify if
this constitutes a deductive, additive, or no change in contract sum and/or contract time. The Work outlined in this
Field Order shall be promptly implemented if approved by the Owner.
DESCRIPTION
Please note revisions to attached construction drawing sets.
F.O. 6.01 Remove existing door and frame at I.C. nurse station. Provide and install a new lighted
exit sign as indicated in attached revision drawing.
F.O.6.02 Install existing computer arm and bracket from tenant storage area in Exam as per tenants
directive.
