The submitted plans are approved subject to the following conditions. Approved Plans: 1 set of approved plans, bearing the City of Tigard approval stamp, shall be maintained on the jobsite. The plans shall be available to the Building Division inspectors throughout all phases of construction. 106.3.1 OSSC Premises Identification: Approved numbers or addresses shall be provided for all new buildings in such a position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street or road fronting the property. The building plans are approved as submitted by the City of Tigard building department. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents. Stories: 1 Tenant name: The Barbers Occupant load 12 The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005 edition and the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted plans have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to issuance of the permit. 1. The dimensions shown in detail 3 /T -1 are not compliant with requirements of OSSC chapter 11. 2. On the side wall elevation, please revise the minimum dimension of 52" to 54" for the minimum dimension from the wall to the end of the side wall grab bar per section 1109.10.5.3. 3. On the back wall elevation, please add the minimum dimension of 24" from the center line of the water closet to the end of the grab bar on the wide side of the water closet per section 1109.10.5.3. 4. On the lavatory side wall elevation, please revise the minimum dimension from 19" to 17" for the measurement from the faucet control handles to the front edge of the lavatory per 1109.10.7.5. 5. Please add note specifying protection of hot water lines and drain pipes per 1109.10.7.4. 6. Please revise construction detail 4/T -1 to include fastener size and spacing. OSSC106.1.1 7. Please provide construction details for area of gypsum board ceiling expansion as referred to in note 4.
