MTE Representative arrived II the Atwood Residence, per request, to provide verification of the
welder qualification test records and weld procedures, in conjunction with visual special inspection, on
the front entry stair support column to stair landing structural FBG welds, per approved print detail "C",
page 10, contract documents and the AWS D1.1 -02.
Observation, verification and inspection have shown sound fit up practices and the formulation of
sound weldment. These welds are in compliance with the print details, contract documents and AWS
D1.1 -02.
Project requires further inspection, as work is still in progress.
