STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION REQUEST Staff recommends adoption of the FY 2012-2013 budget,with any adjustments made during the hearing. KEY FACTS AND INFORMATION SUMMARY The City Center Development Agency Budget Committee(comprised of the City Center Development Agency board of Directors and five citizens)reviewed the Executive Director's Proposed FY 2012-2013 budget on April 23,2012 and May 14, 2012. The Budget Committee subsequently approved the Proposed Budget and forwarded the budget to the City Center Development Agency Board of Directors for adoption. Oregon Budget Law gives the governing body of the jurisdiction authority to make certain changes in the Approved Budget prior to adoption. The City Center Development Agency Board of Directors may adjust expenditures up or down as long as the increase in a fund does not exceed 10%of the fund total. The total FY 2012-2013 City Center Development Agency Budget will be$1,192,000,including appropriations of $990,000. OTHER ALTERNATIVES Due to no amendments being proposed,no other alternatives are being considered. By Oregon law,the FY 2012-13 budget must be adopted by the City Center Development Agency Board of Directors prior to July 1,2012.
