On June 24, 1993, the Planning Division extended the approval of Minor Land Partition 91 -0003, which was part of a consolidated land use application for Mountain Highlands Subdivision, - including a subd-ision and variance, planned development and sensitive lands approvals. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding concerning your int-At. On November 22, 1993, you informed the Planning Division that you had intendee a'o request extension of the consolidated lead use application, and not just the partition. Administrative pp rnini�tratue a r ©va9 of the extension was based on the fact no changes were made in the original plans i.e Subdivision 91 -0009, Planned Development Review 91 -0004, Valance 91-0012, and Sensitive Lands Review 91- 0002). There had been no changes in tip applicable Comprehensive Plan policies or ordinance provisions on which the approval of these land use applications was based, and you have indicated your intent PP Pp y to follow through on the consolidated applications by the June 17, 1994 deadline. The same criteria ra apply for extensions of minor land partitions as apply to extensions of subdivisions, variances, planned developments and sen dtive lands reviews. Therefore, the findings the Planning Division made for the minor land partition are equally valid for the other applications.
