Tax lot 700 is undeveloped, while tau lot 701 is developed with a single family residence. The purpose of this application is to separate the existing house from land which is Proposed to be further subdivided. The subdivision application ('3UB 93-06) is currently under review by the City. -th tax lots have frontage along S.W. Hall Boulevard, which is cla83ified as an Arterial on the Tigard Comprehensive Plan Transportation Map. Tax lot 701, which has the single family residence, obtains its access to S.W. Hall from the neighboring lot (Tax Lot 200, 2S1 12BB). This shared access (i.e. TL 701 and TL 200) is at the intersection of S.W. Hall and McDonald Street. It should also be noted that Tax Lot 200 is also under review by the '' City for a subdivision application (SUB 93 -0004) Both applications for subdivision intend to extend S.W.
