The proposed changes to the lots within the City af Tualatin will not create any additional lots. A Partition win_ not be r eaui red for the 3 lots. The City of Tualatin does not have a Formal approval process for lot line adjustments, but doves welcome the opportunity to comment on these actions prior to submittal to the County Surveyor The Tualatin Development Code (TDC) requires that lots in a CG Planning District have a minimum 10,000 sq. ft. lot size, 75' minimum average lot width and a 40' average lot width at the street [54.040, TDC]. As I understand the proposal, lots 100, 200, and 300 will meet the lot size requirements of the CG Planning District. The City does not oppose the proposed changes to Lots 100, 200, and 300 of Tax Map 251 13DB. Thank you for letting the City review the changes to these properties. This exchange was approved, by the Boar on Jung, 4, 1991. The Department tsnrequesting authorll4tion to sign this lot line adjustment application City of Tigard to complete the property exchange. This process allows the reconfiguration of tax lot lines to correspond with the land the County is conveying to Pac Trust. Further, the Department is requesting that the County Administrator or designee be given the authority to sign land use applications that are necessary to carry out fture ,Board actions.
