FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: The f'icadings and conclusions on which the decision is based are noted below Community Deve cpment Code Section 18.162.060 contains standards for approval o% a lot line adjustment request: 1 An additional parcel is not created by the lot line adjustment, and the existing parcel reduced in size by the adjustments is not reduced below the minimum lot size established by th,m zoning district, 2. The resulting parcels are in conformity with the dimensional standards of the zoning district. The proposed lot line adjustment is consistent with these standards. No new lot would be created through the adjustment.
