Gentlemen:
This is to certify that in accordance with Section 1701 of the State Building Code, AGRA Earth and
Environmental, Inc. (AGRA) performed the following special inspections for the above referenced
project:
• Structural Steel
All indicated inspections were performed and reported throughout the course of the project.
Based on our inspections and laboratory results, to the best of our knowledge, the structural
aspects of the observed work have been constructed in substantial conformance with the City of
Tigard approved design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, approved changes and
applicable workmanship provisions of the State Building Code and Standards with the following
exception:
AGRA report dated July 15, 1999 states that a verbal field change was issued during the
inspection of part #6047.
