Dear Mike,
I have started the plan review for the above mentioned project.
Additional information is required for the completion of the plan review.
Please submit the information requested below as soon as possible to facilitate the plan
review.
1) Provide description of symbols on plans.
2) Provide HP rating of motors, etc.
3) Provide size of all pull boxes, junction boxes and gutters.
4) Provide size and number of conductors in junction boxes and gutters.
5) Provide length of conductors for voltage drop.
6) Some of the descriptions of conduit run's and wire sizes on submitted plans are
blurred. I'm not able to read most of the information contained on these
drawings. Provide plans drawn to 1/4" scale minimum, with description that is
legible.
7) Show new work and provide means to distinguish it from existing work on plan.
8) Provide Fault current and other information as required by OAR 918 - 311 -0010.
