HEARING, TESTIMONY, AND NPO & AGENCY COMMENTS A. Hearing. The Hearings Officer received testimony at the public hearing about this application on January 13, 1992. A record of that testimony is included herein as Exhibit A (Parties of Record), Exhibit B (Taped Proceedings), and Exhibit C. (Written Testimony). These exhibits are filed at the Tigard City Hall. B. Summary of testimony. 1. Jerry Offer testified f or the City and summarized the staff report and recommendation. He also reviewed the recent history of subdivisions that have tee approved in the vicinity, and introduced a letter from Steve and Debbie Mangold. Compliance with Community D elopment Code. 1. The proposed lots comply with the use standards of the R -4.5 zone, because they will be usec'i for single family detached dwelling units. The lots comply with the nensional standards of the R-4.5 zone, because they each contain at least 7500 square feet and a Minimum average lot width of 50 feet.
