Since the Garden .Park Development has been in, the street floods with nearly every hard rain. At one time last yea r when our street was flooded, we were informed by someone in a Tigard Citr truck that a larger drain was needed at the present time and further building with removal of existing ground cover would make flooding much worse. On the next page, you will find pictures of the flooding. . We also have a traffic problem with cars passing at excessive speed. There are two slight hills between Fairhaven Street and Gaarde 1 on 110th development will bring through this area.
