I, Slavo Skoro, as responsible person for Tax Map 2S 104DB, Tax Lot
02800, agree to the following conditions:
A temporary certificate of occupancy will be issued, for a period not to
exceed thirty days from this date, by which time the following conditions
must have been met and approved by the City of Tigard:
Permit MST98 -00410 must be completed and approved.
Final grading and any required permit(s) for retaining walls must be
completed and approved.
, I understand the City will withhold action until July 24, 1999.
Upon compliance with all above conditions, this case will be closed. I
further understand that if these conditions are not complied with fully, I
may be served with a Summons and Complaint without further notice for
violation of requirements set forth in the Oregon One and Two Family
Dwelling Specialty Code (Final inspection approval required prior to
occupancy).
