This new house is under construction. The plans were submitted for building permits with a manufactured
"I" joist layout sheet from Weyerhaueser.
The upper floor joists, as shown on the plans and structural plans originally should be 14" WEBBED
JOISTS.
Please see attached webbed joist layout sheets and specification sheets (two copies). Review and
returned stamped approved copies for our file and construction site.
