The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code
(OSSC) 2010 edition; and the Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2010 Edition. Please provide
the following prior to issuance.
1) A sprinkler system analysis shall be submitted to the City of Tigard, Building
Division. The analysis shall provide hydraulic calculations verifying that the
existing sprinkler system has the required flow for the height of racks and
commodity being stored. (OFC Chapter 23 and NFPA13 12.3.1.14)

When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
