The above site work permit application has been recently submitted for the construction of a rockery wall in the
City of Tigard. As the engineer of record for this project, please include the following items in your final structural
observation report for the retaining wall project located at 13991 SW Ridgefield In. in Tigard Oregon.
1). Soil compaction for the placement of the base course of retaining wall boulders.
2). Placement of drain lines at the . base of the wall.
3). Granular fill placement and compaction behind the wall.
3). Final acceptance of wall construction including any required slope set-backs.
